St Stephen’s Anglican Church

Our church of St Stephen is one of the oldest buildings in the area having been built in 1903 using local resources and labour.  It is lovingly cared for and used by a small but dedicated group of local parishioners.

Services are held once every two weeks, on the first and third Sundays of each month.  Each service is a Holy Communion service and starts at 9:30am.

The services are run by a Local Shared Ministry team, where the underlying philosophy is that ministry belongs to all the baptised.

Special services, such as weddings, house blessings, baptisms, thanksgivings or any special celebrations are available and can be arranged at a time to suit you.  We can also have someone come and pray with you or for you if you wish, and home communion are also available for those who cannot get to the church.

A small hall is available for hire.

Contact for further information or for any enquiries should be made to the Administrator, Madeline Dodds, on 232 8800.
