THIS IS A FREE EVENT and is restricted to entries from within the perimeter of Tuakau, Harrisville, Pokeno, Mercer Meremere, Glen Murray, Waikaratu, Port Waikato and TeKohanga.
This event is on again on the 17th March.
It is basically the same format as last year which includes the gold medal, the mini bar of chocolate and the drink of orange for all who successfully complete the course.
This year we are running it as a race divided into year old age groups 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15
and divided into male and female groups making 8 groups in all.
There is a winner’s trophy and 2nd and 3rd framed certificates for each group.
If you don’t wish to race you can still enter in your age group and run as last years “Fun Run”.
The 8 to 11 year olds run the same or similar course as last year and the 12 to 15 girls run a slightly longer course and the 12 to 15 year olds boys a longer course again.
All obstacles are well within the ability of the kids, there are no dangerous obstacles.
Footwear : Sneakers or similar must be worn.
If you entered last year, talk to your mates at school and tell them what you thought of the event.
For the competitors there is also a free raffle consisting of 40 prizes : 20 Burger King vouchers and 20 McDonalds vouchers

Entries name, age, male or female, parent or guardian’s name, email address and mobile phone number.
As we import the medals from China we would appreciate your entry as soon as possible, so to avoid disappointment.
Also we need to order the trophies 2 weeks prior so we require your entry by the 3rd March
